Villa Filippa is a luxury and cozy traditional modern two storey family villa, centrally located in the Chora village, capital of Kythnos Island, Cyclades, Aegean sea, Greece!
The villa comprises a ground floor entrance at the central alley of Panagia Nikous, just 2 minutes away from the central market of Chora and 5 minutes from the parking area next to the Major House!
The villa has three levels, with two bathrooms and four rooms that can host up to 10 people, either family or friends!
The 1rst floor common living and dining area with its balcony are ideal to relax and socialize all the guests nicely.
One can walk 2 to 5 mins to dine, to shop, to have a drink without worrying to drive back.
The ground floor holds a fully equipped white kitchen, with a fridge and dishwasher, a wooden table with 6 chairs, an ochre bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms that can accommodate 6 persons! The one bedroom having a metal double bed and two bunk single beds on top of each other, whereas the second traditional room, holds a traditional metal 1,30 bed with a 3sit sofa, a small round table with 2 small chairs a really cozy place!
On the 1rst floor, there is the 2nd villa entrance from the back alley to the living room with two comfortable Laura Ashley 3sit and 2sit sofas, opossite a large cable and internet TV and a stereo for music. Next, there is the dining room with a 4 to 10 sit expanding table and chairs. This area is luxury and aesthetic with its marble flooring, the original countryside paintings from the grandmother of the family, the bronze lighting with crystals, and the traditional curtains on the windows There is also a large shared balcony outside with picturesque views of the Chora countryside, equipped with a wooden 6 sit table and chairs to enjoy a supper or a drink outdoors.
On the 2nd floor of the villa, there is a double bed wooden bedroom with closet and drawers, an aquamarine bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. There is also a 3sit traditional couch that turns into a double bed with a closet next to it, whereas there is a small warehouse locked used by the family. This 2nd floor also shares a smaller balcony with astonishing views of the village and the horizon expanding to the sea, ideal for breakfast, supper, or evening drinks.
Chora is the absolute starting point to travel anywhere at the island, living the experience of a traditional island village, especially being a guest of Villa Filippa.
